Becca Dill is a US Navy veteran and co-owner of The Travel Junkie, the woman-owned, veteran-owned travel agency in Wichita, Kansas, that she and her husband Jay founded in 2009. She plans trips to Alaska, Mexico, the Caribbean, Hawaii, Europe and Australia, plus Virgin Voyages cruises, and supports the team of Travel Pros behind every trip.

How did Becca get into travel?
Becca dreamed of seeing the world from a young age. Her family trips were mostly road trips and camping close to home, plus drives to Louisiana to visit her grandparents, and she says that gave her a real appreciation for a good hotel or resort.
After high school she joined the US Navy, eager to see the world, and her love of travel only grew during her service. She met Jay in 1999, and they married in 2002 and honeymooned on Royal Caribbean's Voyager of the Seas.
The two of them then worked side by side at Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises' call center, where Becca helped other advisors with their bookings and found herself fascinated by the travel business. Next came a couple of years as advisors at a local agency.
In 2009, Becca and Jay opened The Travel Junkie. For the first two years it was just the two of them, planning trips while still working day jobs. Jay was the natural networker, and Becca became the behind-the-scenes force. Their first hire, advisor Lori Stone, is still with the team today.
Today much of Becca's focus is on the advisors behind the trips. She and Jay have attended travel industry events for about 20 years.
